That staff here is very friendly from the person at the door, to the nurses and doctors. Hate going to hospitals but I do not mind being here due to how small it is, and how fast services provides are.

The staff was very courteous, professional and quick. Dr. Chung assessed, diagnosed, and treated me in under 10 minutes! I have many options in the DFW area for emergency rooms but I have found the one I will use from now on. :)

I will definitely be using them in the future if I have to. I hope I don't have to but I know I would be in good hands!

I was well cared for by the entire medical team, but there was one special nurse who helped me understand a little better what was happening.

Truly some of the most amazing ER staff I have ever encountered. The front desk, nurses and doctors were all just incredible!

I really can't say enough good about this hospital. I only wish I had gone in sooner and would have suffered less. I feel very confident recommending this very competent facility.
